Hear from thepeople who matter.

Research and data collection support for researchers and companies, from the first question to the final report.

How a study runs

Design the questions

We shape the questionnaire with you: the right questions, neutral wording, answer scales people understand. Then we test it before anyone sees it.

Reach the right people

Our field teams collect data in person, and online where that fits, reaching the employees, customers or participants your question is about.

Clean and verify

Incomplete, duplicated or contradictory responses are flagged and removed, so what is left is data you can stand behind.

Analyse and report

Answers become findings: clear results, what stands out, and what it means for the decision or study in front of you.

Every answer comes from a person.

Good data depends on people trusting the survey in front of them. That trust is designed in from the first question.

  • Consent comes first

Every survey opens by telling people who is asking, why, and that taking part is their choice.

  • Questions people can answer honestly

Neutral wording and clear answer scales, so responses reflect what people think rather than how the question was asked.

  • Results reported in groups

Where a survey is confidential, findings are presented for groups of respondents rather than individuals.

The people behind the data.

The team that designs your study, runs the fieldwork and turns responses into findings.
